VP Collection
This style of wine has matured in the bottle and once opened, is meant to be served as one would an aged red wine, that is decanted and enjoyed across a couple of days. These wines are not a Tawny or like a barrel aged Tawny and are not designed to be placed in a barrel.
It is also recommended to use an Ah-So Wine Opener to remove the cork from an aged vintage bottle of wine as opposed to a conventional cork screw which can fracture the old corks in the opening process.
Cordial
Seppeltsfield Raspberry Cordial, now a South Australian icon, was first conceived by Joseph Seppelt in the 1800s, with evidence of the original recipe remaining under lock and key at the Barossa Valley estate. Generations have now grown up drinking Seppeltsfield Raspberry Cordial and it continues to be enjoyed by all ages.
Barossa Valley Cider Co
Barossa brothers, Oscar and Hugo Bowen grew up in a wine family with an interest in fermenting anything they could get their hands on. Having cut their teeth messing around with red grapes from their home vineyard and sick of the stained hands and teeth, they decided to create the best cider in South Australia. Oscar and Hugo are the sons of Seppeltsfield proprietors Randolph and Anita Bowen and have been brought up on the fringe of the Seppeltsfield estate.
